Jared Jeffries/Ronny Turiaf/Shawne Williams at the center position defensively just isn&#39;t gonna cut it. The bigger problem right now is that Chauncey looks old and slow since coming back from the injury. He hasn&#39;t really put together a good game since he got back and the offense has significantly slowed. The Knicks can still make noise in the first round against Miami or Chicago, but I think Boston or Orlando would overwhelm them with pure size. <br /><br />On the other hand, your Denver team looks dangerous. So much fun to watch them play. Gallo in particular has been awesome and I really miss him. He&#39;s taken 54 free throws in his 6 games as a Nugget. Knicks could really use someone else who could create some offense other than Amar&#39;e and Carmelo right now. They are potent yet confused on offense. There defense is simply not good. They give up entirely too many good shots to their opponents. Having said that, I wouldn&#39;t want to play them in the first round of the playoffs. They are missing a piece or two to be truly scary.
